@Tyler Derickson

Yea so I have about 5acre that my primary sits on. Looking to develop a sub division of duplexes for senior living we passed the preliminary with the city but have not proceeded with the zoning.

My initial idea was to try and develop myself. After speaking with a commercial realtor he said I could possible sell the plans as is without zoning.

So I guess I’m looking for help to proceed maybe partner with a developer of just find a buyer.

@Nathan G.ok thank you

In Indiana does anyone know if by law you have to accept rent after posting the ten day notice?

Looking to connect with developers in the Fort Wayne area

Does anyone in Indiana have a notice to quit form that they like to use that wouldn’t mind sharing? Would be greatly appreciated.

@Nik Corbaxhi I’m sure he’d stay there’s some reasoning behind my actions. We agreed on some things in the beginning that he was going to do and never did trying to help him get setup gave him rent off he agreed to refinish the floors beginner mistake. Also had to replace 2 roofs that were more of a priority at the time than the windows. I’ve had every intention to fix those windows just not very timely with it life happens thanks for your respond

@Anthony Wick ok thanks

@Kris L. Even if he took over the unit in “as is “ condition

@Anthony Wick ok thanks for the advice now I expecting that he’s prolly not going to make his Jan payment do I then start an eviction process.

I guess what I’m asking what is relieving from the lease because we just resigned an extension for another three years

@Frank Geigeris he not responsible for the remainder of the lease?
