I went to some meet ups but all are the same. At the end they ask for en excessive amount of money ($20k) and supposedly they show you how to do it.

Thanks for your comment. It was an idea that came out. I live in Hesperia and new commercial developments are on the rise. There are still huge pieces of land not too expensive. There are acres of land starting at $30k.

I read your experience and one day I want to achieve the same thing. My goal is to own rental properties to generate passive income. Any advise?

Hi Emilio, thank you so much for the breakdown. It was really good. Since you are a contractor, how much in average does a house cost to make? Let's assume 3 bed and 2 bath with 2000 sqft of construction. Also thanks for the tip about finding builders through MLS.
