Sorry, I did not get approved, application denied, for a HELOC because of the Covid assistance and mortgage extended 32 months.
would applying with anyone else possibly get me approved? Any recommendations. 

I applied for a HELOC was denied due to a COVID assistance plan. I was told 1st Mortgage was extended 32 months.
any options ? Or a creative way to go around this. Thank you 

Hello, anyone here who can help or may have options. I am not able to access my HELOC due to a payment assistance I used during COVID. Had I known I would have never done it!
I am not able to pay off the deferred balance. The 1st mortgage was extended by 32 months. Therefore I can not access it.

Hello, I am new to the Real Estate world been into it for about 3 months and going. Looking to house hack for my second home and rent out my Primary home by the room. Not sure if I should leverage equity on my current home through HELOC but seems like a good option. Don't want to sell it at a 3% rate Primary home needs a bit of TLC and have a car note. I was thinking of using HELOC for down payment and pulling out from 401k to pay car loan. Any advice greatly appreciated ! In Las Vegas area willing to meet maybe we can JV, always willing to learn. I have recently joined Gator as well hopefully I can be of help !
