Thanks David and Michele. My parents currently have a partner that wants to sell and wants to cash out also. I dont think they would consider seller financing. Is there some loan options I can use to purchase apartment complex (commercial property) with zero or low down payment. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hello, I am new to investing on property. I recently was offered an apartment complex with 5 units  from my parents. They want to sell but I dont qualify for a loan that big. How would it be possible to purchase apartment complex from my parents?
