Hello, my name is Guilherme, im from Orlando FL, I am studying real state investments for half a year, and I’m looking forward to put it in action!!

I got a market that I am interested to invest in, which is the brrrr method! (Would love to get some tips about the market, so I can add up with what I have already and get even better and smarter at it).

But here is my question, I was looking forward to buy my first property in July, which would be my first buy ever! So I would try to do the FHA program for it, but I found a lot/land of 1.08 acres, their asking price is 25k! All the other lands in the same area of about the same size will cost around 50k at least! So I'm really tempted to buy it! But out of all the time I am studying I didn't really think about doing anything with lands. So I would like to get some advices/opinions/tips of what you guys would do in this situation!
