I have added my person logo to the rental property calculator, which I think will be similar to BP Property Analyzer Report. When you move to result status you see a drop down "more actions". One of the actions is the upload your logo. The rest of the process should be intuitive. Gerry

I encourage you to go after investing in distressed assets (Non-Performing Notes). Great way to invest in real estate at substantial discounts without the costs and hassles of fix and flip while offering higher returns.
