I have wholesaled over 30 properties in 18 months yet my profits are stagnated between $2,000-$5,000. I’m looking to build strong buyer and wholesaler relationships to get me to $10,000 per deal.

I have the ability to put a plethora of properties under contract, however, I lack the know how to find people wanting to invest in Cleveland. I recently put a home on 136 off of miles 44105 under contract for $13k presented it to my friend how has a relationship with investors (but he's not willing to share with me) and it sold for $24k. The reason he's not sharing his investors is because he gets $4k off each deal. I have 2 properties under contract now.

No one I can recommend
