Thank you so much for your help Joe, I will give them a try. How long have you been in the business. Is the process with the title company pretty easy? Do you do a lot of assignment closing or double closing.

Does anyone know of a title company in jacksonville fl that does assignment and double closings? I have called a few and am getting no where. The ones i have called are

Fidelity national title, Old republic national title, Landmark title, Florida elite, Benchmark Title svc inc, and American home title.
