@Joel Fine Great advise thanks. I agree with you at time I have felt desperate to do this and like you say explore all your resources. BP is a great tool and a lot of people are from your area so it makes it even better for you.

@Benjamin Manibog I have hear the guy on YouTube since I stay listening to popcast an educating myself in REI. Him and Grand Cardone were the very first people that came out on my search before BP but may be is because I am from Florida and so are they. I am in the same boat as you I need a mentor and so far I have not met any myself, recently started getting out there to meet new people and talk to investor but I keep coming around "gurus" like people say. Mentors that sell you an education program, and have not yet had the luck of finding mentors that aren't selling anything. Fortune Builders was one of them now is Ranatus wich it seems way different from what I have seen out there life interaction but they all want your money. Education is an investment and with the little time I have to read hand on learning is better for me. I just think pricing is super high and with that amount you can do your first deal and make it or break it.

Thank you for sharing this post. I am new to the Real Estate world and to BP I have been fascinated about REI since I bought my home and started working in the multifamily business with a management company and have been trying to learnthe business listings to BP audiobooks and just started reading books when I get some down time in my schedule. What was holding me back was lack of support. Now I have finally convinced my spouse to house hacking our home so we can come up with founds to invest in multifamily everyone around me think I am crazy but I won't give up until my dreams come true and gain financial freedom. Fears of working with people I don't know to fund or deals, as I don't have much support for founds in my circle. We finally made the first step and just started going to meet ups so we can network with other investors in our area and learn more about REI as I know very little about it and will like to find a mentor, I am willing to invest my time to help other so I can learn and gain some confidence we have gone to 2 meetings this week one for Renatus which I thought it was our local Realestate investing club but it was not it is really pricey for me at this time and the second was a realtor meet up which we enjoyed. Hopefully soon we get to meet more people interested in our goals and we can work together.

@Anthony Wick as far as my understand you can not ask what is the disability. Now if it is a service animal and they have documents for the pet and resonable accommodations for the service animal you can not deny them due to their breed because they are providing a service.
