1. Listen to books while driving at 2x speed.

2. Don't buy the stereotypical single home with a spouse. Make it multifamily and each by ourselves.

3. Save more.

4. Don't be afraid to network.

5. Understand I do not need to work a 9-5. REI investment is the way to achieve my goals.
