Looking for investor friendly title companies in the Central Florida area, any recommendations? Would be nice if they had an attorney on staff, smaller operation, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly.

What zip codes in the Central Florida are your most interested in acquiring new properties? Also for fix n flip or rental?

Wholesalers find them in your area I pull lists from my surrounding counties Probate, divorce, fire damage, Tax liens, Code violations or just vacant home with out of state owners who are tired landlords. The list goes on and on , first thing tell them your specs 3/2 block home, pool, year built, zip code, etc...then let them hunt. Feel free to reach out.
