Recently just had my offer accepted on my first property. It will be a full gut rehab and i'll be in need of a reliable General Contractor.

Any recommendations in the Philadelphia Area would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

@Antonio Cucciniello

In the past I think I just didn’t think about building my wealth and making sure that i’ll be okay once soccer can’t pay the bills anymore.

Being recently married and wanting to start a family really opened my eyes to putting my money in the right places for our future. Last year I started investing in stocks and was able to grow my account significantly and this year i want to diversify my portfolio and step into the world of REI.

I’ve been doing research for months and of course i’ll continue to learn along the way, but I guess the only thing stopping me is that first deal right now. I feel like i’m getting closer to it especially now with all the help from the BP community

I’ll be sure to post my journey and ask questions along the way. Hopefully one day, i’ll then be able to help others

@Kirbi Campbell

Thanks!

A few have mentioned on here the opportunities of long-distance investing. It’s definitely something i’m interested in.

I’ll be sure to reach out if Nashville becomes a place i’m looking to invest in.

Cheers!
