If you could change zoning laws what changes would you make ?

Do you think that having a plan B means you believe your going to fail with plan A

@Robert Purcell no he has enough for the Florida house I figured he could just get some cash flow. But I didn’t think about the long distance land lord issue.

Hi my dad bought his 1st home with cash. He wants to get a house in Florida. I’m trying to convince him that he should rent his house and use the money to pay for the mortgage for the Florida house. I want to know your opinion on this idea.
