Good morning :)

I'm looking for a recommendation on a surveyor on the North Shore of MA to conduct a instrument survey for a property in Salem MA. Everyone seems to be booked out 6-8 weeks. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a hard time finding properties were I'm making 8% on my down payment in this area of the country. I would like to end up down there. A lot of the realtors I've talked to say " they are hard to come up", "there aren't very many of those", " people want SF". Those all sound like excuses to me. I'm looking for 3-6 unit buildings. Does anyone have experience in that area of the country with those types of buildings. 

I did find a duplex that does make 8% do these numbers look right? Could this be  property worth investing in? It's only a duplex so that is kind of concerning b/c it's so small when I'm trying to get into something bigger.

Hello,

I have a friend who has last signed a "Greater Boston Real Estate Lease" 9/1/15 the landlord didn't have her sign a new lease for 9/1/16. 

My question is there was no lease renewal on 9/1/16 it's a month to month situation with a 30 day notice correct? 

Any help would be appreciated.

If you don't like him... find another reason to get him out the unit. I would leave the drug issue alone. Or Make it uncomfortable (with in the law) for him to leave there.

I'm looking to expand my network in the surrounding Boston area and at same build portfolio of images for my new website (BostonRealEstatePhotographer.com)

I'd like to offer up photography service for free / trade. I'll photography the property for you edit the images and in return I'll be able to use them on my site. I'm looking for high end luxury buildings, apartments, condos, house etc...
