Thank you Andrew. I have been listening the the podcast every chance i can. Lots of great info. Im am planning on looking at the beginners guide this weekend and i will definitely check out the book you recommended. I am actually looking at a property tomorrow that I am interested in and excited to see how the process goes. It will be great if the numbers all work out and I can acquire the property but I know at the very least it will be a great learning experience.

Hello everyone! I was introduced to this site Saturday by my cousin who is mentoring me in the buy and hold market in Pittsburgh. I have one property that I bought 5 years ago from a family member and now am trying to start purchasing more and making it more of a business than a hobby. Excited to learn a lot and appreciate this site for the information I have already learned in a short period.
