It is wherever AT&T internet is offered. AT&T is being forced to run fiber to apartment complexes because they merged with directv.

I am looking for apartment complex owners that are interested in updating their current wiring systems with fiber optic lines. AT&T is willing to do all the work and fork out the cost to improve your complexes and provide better services for your tenants. If anyone is interested please contact me on here

Hello, I am very interested in investing in a multifamily home in the Northwest Arkansas area. I have found what I believe would be a great investment, but would like some feedback on what you guys think about the property. I would be putting a 20% down payment on this property.
