Hello my name is Greg and I'm a newbie wholesaler located in Everett,Wa. I'm looking to form a partnership with an experienced wholesaler local to me. I have taken action and sent out some yellow letters but I haven't received a response. I would like to have someone help me and guide me as I learn how this wholesaling game works.

I have a tax lien on my credit report, and I was wondering if that will have a negative affect on me as a wholesaler, when I put properties under contract and go through the closing process with the closing company. When they run a title search will, they use my personal info as well??

Hello everyone, my name is Greg and I'm a newbie here at BP, I would like to say that this site is wonderful. I aspire to one day start my investing career as a wholesaler,as this seems to be the best and least inexpensive method in starting out. The information that I have access to at my fingertips is absolutely priceless, but I think that I've intaken too much information,and now I'm suffering from ANALYSIS PARALYSYS. I'm ready to take action but I really don't know where to start. Any suggestions
