Hey @Will Fraser, thank you so much for your response. It's nice to get an idea of what individuals already in the field of REI are doing. This ads a tone of clarity to a muddy situation!! Cheers.

Hey everyone,

I'm new to this and appreciate any help I can get. My plan is to purchase a flip to start investing in real estate. Currently I don't have much capital to get going. I have talked with family and friends and have a few people willing to loan me the money. The question I have is, what is an acceptable rate percentage to pay for the loan. Would you follow the big lenders rates? Do you offer a % on the loan or a % on the profit? Thanks in advance!
