I hope this is the right place to post this.

Hi everyone, I'm looking to build my network with other like minded people throughout the Bay Area. Really looking to network with people who are investor friendly realtors, wholesalers and cash buyers. Looking to do business in all 9 counties which include Alameda county, Contra Costa County, Marin County, Napa County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and Solano County and Sonoma County. Currently looking for my next fix and flip project. But also trying to build a cash buyers list as I'm planning on marketing direct to sellers. Please feel free to reach out. Lets connect and see if we can bring value to each other.

Thanks for reading. Stay safe.

@Ben Hollingsworth Hey Ben I had the same exact situation happen to me. Ran my credit twice as well. And then told me my limit was $4500. At the moment I was pretty upset. But anyways I ended up using the card anyways. Every time I got close to maxing it out I would just pay it off right away. And then use it again. I literally did that for my length of my flip. Over the course of 3 months I’ve prob spent 170k on that card. But now I have $800+ in cash back, food, gift cards or travel. I’m hoping this next time around chase will be able to raise my limit since I showed them that I can pay off 170k.

Post: First post on BP! Software or website used to compare comps?

Hi BP members, I will make this my first post!

I know that having access to the MLS or using realtors to run comps is the best method to determine ARV. But for investors that DO NOT have a realtor license, is their a specific website or paid software that you use to compare comps? I'm aware of Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com. I tend to like Redfin out of the three listed. I am looking for a software that puts the comps more in the form of a CMA or spreadsheet. I'm looking to analyze deals daily and could imagine it being time consuming to always contact a realtor for this. Open to hearing what software's you guys use and why you like it. Thanks in advance.
