@Austin Fruechting @David Dachtera @Andrew Johnson thanks for the info, I appreciate it. I purchased one of Dave Ramsay's books as well. I didn't quite finish it though. I also don't agree with everything he mentioned, but there is a lot of good info for debt recovery as well!

@Greg S. I have another full-time job. I think I explained earlier that I was working in the automotive field during our most recent recession, it was a hard time! I have made some bad choices as well, thanks for pointing that out! My car is keeping things above water so getting rid of it is not an option. The money saved or put towards debt minus a car loan is way less than I could make in a month of driving for uber or lyft. So getting rid of the car would actually slow down my debt recovery tremendously! Uber is not a bad job btw! If I was doing it full time I'd easily make 4k or more a month from driving alone, I don't want to lose the benefits of my full-time job because Uber doesn't provide those things!

@Brandon Sturgill I know a loan officer here that lives at my full-time job. He also mentioned that to me. Starting out with an FHA loan and live in the property for a year... Then start out that way! I'm just tired of working for people. I know there is a better way!

@Natalie Kolodij you maybe right with my DTI, the good thing is a lot of stuff has dropped off over time! I was working in automotive when the recession hit. Worst place to work, job security yes, but very little money...so things started pilling up! I bought the car last year after I paid my old one off to do. The money I was going to save wasn't enough so I took out another car loan to make more money than I was going to save. The car pays for itself as long as I drive, plus extra money to go towards other things... With everything I'm probably like $60k in the whole...

@Kenneth Garrett Hey, thanks for responding, those sounds like a great ideas, my credit score isn't horrible, but it could use some improvement! I originally wanted to flip house, I definitely need to build some capital soon! Thanks for the advice!
