Hi everyone so I'm a little confused on what to do here hoping to get a little advise here. I am looking a property that I wanna fix up but don't have the cash to purchase or fix. Due to the pandemic I haven't been able to network with others to help. This is my first deal,  Any suggestions

Here's the issue with your strategy without a high school education it will be extremely difficult to get a lender of any kind to partner up with you, be patient do it after high school it will be worth the wait.
