Conner, how fast are you able to move on your project? I am 3 hours from mobile and drive down occasionally to look at projects. I've looked at the Mobile real estate a little and would be glad to look at your house and talk about our interests.  

Matt, thanks for the response. I have done some projects in Fairhope and Robertsdale but nothing down on the coast.

Most of my investing has been in Tuscaloosa, I started there in 2004 and now after an absence of three years in Alaska, am trying to get back into it. I have a number of rentals in and have sold single-family homes through the years for cash flow. I'm not a high volume investor but this is my only occupation. At this time I'm looking for property to rehab and flip. What's the best way to connect? I was a Pro member a few years ago but I still a little confused with all the terms that are used in BP.

I've invested in Tuscaloosa and South Alabama and am looking at Montgomery, AL for a possible area to work in.

I would like to talk real estate with someone that is familiar with this city.
