Doing a full gut rehab and adding a bathroom, was wondering if everyone pulls permits on something like that.

@Esteban Mosqueira

Think I’m gonna try managing the rehab myself and see how it goes, thanks for the feedback appreciate it!!

@Keith Hoover

Thanks for the feedback!! Much appreciated!

First full gut rehab looking for some advice, should I hire a GC to run everything being my first time or should I try and safe some money and just find the subcontractors and try to manage it myself?

Thank!

Buying a 5 bedroom 1 bath total gut, should I sacrifice a bedroom to add a second bathroom? I am thinking yes, going to refinance out after it’s finished and rented.

Thanks!

@Joe Splitrock

Ok I get what you are saying now, the money is being used to buy another property.

@Joe Splitrock

I am going to do a cash out refinance, thank you for the info!!

@Nick Belsky

Yeah I agree with you on the money printing and inflation talk, I am going to do the cash out refinance that way the low rate is Locked in and I can sleep at night.

@Zachary Moon

Thank you for the info it helped me out!!

@Ashish Acharya

Thank you very much that helps, first time pulling cash out this house. It will be a rental so I guess the cash out refinance rather than home equity loan is a better idea due to the tax benefits.
