I've been flipping homes in FL since 2009 and it's easy. I have had a family issue this year(My Mom died) and have a very big situation with the trust that is taking my time. I have a great portfolio of homes that need someone to keep moving on. One has had a renter for three years and another is ready to sell. The others are in varying states of remodel. It's not a desperate situation-I just don't like things going static. It might be a real opportunity for a go-getter. At $1,500,000 it seems so cheap since it is the cost of one home and these are all in good neighborhoods. A few could really be home runs!
