@Aaron Dixon your friend is an idiot !

@Marty Johnston who can I contact for a loan like this ?

@Marty Johnston my property is in my name only not in an LLC, so where do I go now ? Any suggestions?

I have an 2 family investment property that I owe $118k @ 5% 1 side is vacant in need of rehabilitation about $30k tops and I'm looking for funding....I don't want to do a cash out refi because the rate would be 7%-8% at $150k plus closing costs....is there any lenders that provide 2nd mortgage or rehab loans...or am I missing something....

Ok BP mortgage people, I have a buyer for my 2 family, the mortgage is assumable at 5% with a balance of $114k with 18 yrs left on it. I am asking $289k...my question is, how does the buyer make up the balance ? Is there banks out there that would lend in 2nd position for the balance of my asking price of $175k.

Anyone know of any banks that will do a heloc on a 2 family investment property with $120k first mortgage, property worth about $350k ...looking for $50k to renovate

@Nicholas Jose motion detector switch

@Tom Gimer this seems like more of a problem that I could be worth, the HOA fees are $1,000 per month, and I know I could make some money off of it, I think I'm gonna let this one go

@Wayne Brooks ok thanks, what about reselling this, is there any issues when fixing and flipping ?
