Good advice is what I'm always looking for!  Thanks for the counsel.

Looking for some expert advice.  New to real estate investing and here is my situation and request:

1.  I'm buying a duplex for cash from seller

2. I am in turn intending to "sell" the property to a partnership LLC that I have with two other partners

I'm in need of counsel on the best way to do that.  We have worked out the interest rate and amortization schedule, now I'm in need of a "mortgage" agreement between myself and the partnership for the sell transaction.  Looking for the right structure and example documents.

Thanks in advance for any assistance
