Hi all,

I work full time and barely have any free time with my commute. I want to learn from an experienced investor but I am always really pressed for time. I wanted to ask the BP community what are some good ideas are to learn from an experienced investor. I figure the best way to learn is to help an investor and see how they do things before I start out investing. Open to whatever ideas anyone has to see how I can not only help myself by gaining knowledge but also help an experienced investor.

Hi @Andrew Fowler

I am in a very similar situation. For me personally on my student loans I took the lowest payment available in hopes to buy my first rental sooner rather than later. I am curios as to what other people say on this issue as well. I am assuming the sooner I can get into REI, the sooner I can start opening new doors in life and more streams of income.

I am trying to do my homework on out of state investing and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good websites where I can find historical prices of properties?

I am new to BP and working 40 hours a week and commuting 25 hours a week. It made me think of ways to raise passive income and this site couldn't be more perfect to help me. Seriously the best site ever!! I listened to podcasts non-stop.
