Quote from @David Ramirez:

Call remodeled comps in the area that has been bought and sold within a year

Especially for this method, you can paste the addresses in propwire and look in the chain of title to see the last owner before it was sold after being fixed up. You can skiptrace LLC’s on open corporate and the direct owner on truepeoplesearch and make a list that way too.

Would love to connect and see your buy box and add value to you by bringing good projects in that area or anywhere else you have in mind.

Find a mentor who is experiencing doing deals. Use property leads and NTSMHF as lead campaigns for PPL(pay per lead). Leverage that mentor's experience and JV starting out to get your feet wet. Focus on markets they're in to make dispo easier

I sent you a request to connect. I am from NY but I reverse engineer my process by finding buyers in new markets first.

Los Angeles

I would ask the acquisition department of either one of those two.

There is a point, they just don’t bother underwriting before sending it over to you

Go to propwire or propstream and look up cash buyers who own at least 500 or more in FL within the last 3-6 mths. Copy and paste the mailing address in google and once you see a homebuyer related website call the number let them know you find properties based off investor criteria and ask for acquisition manager. Get the criteria or buy box and keep that buyer in your contacts

Hello! I’m a new wholesaler working a lead in Palm Bay FL where seller finance might be the best solution. I have a list of cash buyers that are flippers but im not sure of any buyers in FL who would take interest in seller finance deals. how can I find these investors or if you are one yourself in florida that does these please let me know 🙏🏾

Quote from @William Naber:

I don't know any websites, but I'm in a bunch of groups and can connect you with people securing leads if you want.  Let me know.

Im looking for my buyers in tampa, orlando and Jacksonville mainly. Open to all counties in fl excluding the panhandle region.
