I have a lake property with 7 units on it I’m currently renovating and will be Airbnbing soon. I’m hoping to add 10 more units to the property (tiny homes). What’s the best route to go to finance the additional units? I won’t be able to show revenue for at least a few months. Currently, I have about $500,000 in equity on the property. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey guys, does anyone have a recommendation on companies to get working capital from for renovations? I have 4 projects going and fronting all of the money for them and waiting to be reimbursed from the hard money lenders is slowing things down for me. I'm looking to get a credit line or working capital of 100-250k for our business. Please let me know if you know anyone or a company you have in mind, thanks!

I am considering this as a possible method to purchase another property and was wondering if anyone has had success with it? If so, what kind of terms did you ask for and what are the pros and cons?

Hi all,

I'm looking for an experienced Atlanta home flipper that has specifically purchased homes from wholesalers and flipped them. I'm currently working with a hard money lender to purchase a property in East Atlanta Village and have some questions about how to handle the closing and would like tips for the rehab of an older home. I am willing to pay an up front hourly fee or % of profit based on experience. I have real estate experience and experience dealing with contractors so I would not be calling you every day. Please private message me if you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit. Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced hard money lender to break down the numbers I was given on a fix and flip and loan. I would like to understand the numbers better and estimate my flip profit. I would pay a consulting fee and this can be all done over the phone. Please private message me. Thanks!

@Sandor Bogdan Good call! I definitely didn’t think of that of it affecting the debt to income ratio.
