@Nghi Le

Thanks for the welcome!

Yeah I think I made the right decision and I’m searching for some new opportunities now.

I do plan to start regularly attending meetups, so yeah hopefully I’ll see you there soon!

I enjoyed reading your response about BRRRR strategy, some really great information!

@Scott Jensen

Awesome, thanks for all the input! That is definitely gonna help me make a decision by hearing someone else’s first hand experience. If you’re looking for a more robust system, you may want to check out callrail, which @Braden Smith suggested above

@Braden Smith

Thanks for the suggestion! That’s a robust system, looks great to track multiple campaigns with some serious analytics, even recording! I’m definitely gonna look more into that one

@Scott Jensen

Thanks for the fast reply! Google Voice seems to be the go to, I was just seeing some not so great recent reviews. I wouldn’t mind paying, if I know its gonna be reliable. It’s on my short list of services to try. Do you use it yourself?

I'm looking to have a second phone number for direct mail campaigns, not only for investments, but also for my retail real estate dealings. I did a search here on BP, but it seemed most of the forum answers were several years old, so just wanted to see if anyone had any more recent suggestions. I've found several through a Google search, but the reviews for each service are hit and miss. When I do get a call from a lead, I definitely wouldn't want to miss it, or for it to get complicated for the caller. Thanks!

@Elliott Elkhoury

Yeah that’s a great point, I do like the idea of amassing more and more capital to invest in larger projects. There was just a BP podcast guest, saying it doesn’t make sense to rent out 20 SFRs, when you could just put all the money into one large asset, like an apartment building.

Yeah, I've already been learning from others in the forums, from just this post!

I appreciate the suggestions, I'll definitely check them out

@Account Closed

Cool, well I'm glad a made a good choice selling it!

I have been practicing analyzing a few BRRRR deals, and I haven't been able to pencil one out yet, that seemed like it would cash flow nicely and make it worth while. Though, like you said, it would need to be a really great deal to begin with.

Thats a good point about long term investing in MFR in this state. I really appreciate all your input, you've have giving me a lot to think about!
