Logan, this time of year is crazy busy for me but I'm always up for coffee and meeting people with similar interests. What is your schedule like next week?

Jonna, We're crunching numbers daily. Right now we have a list of 6-7 possible properties, I'm sure several BO members have looked at the same deals. We're looking for cash flow places, preferably places with multiple units. There are however a few SFH that we like. If you know anyone with income properties they would like to sell please send them my way.

My name is Greg and I live in Boise Idaho, maybe my profile already said that.  I've always been interested  in owning real estate but I wasn't sure where to start .  A friend told me about Bigger Pockets so I started listening to podcasts, now I'm addicted to them. I'm a salesman for the nation's largest school fundraising company and enjoy helping groups solve money problems. My goal is to build a business by helping schools, increase my income and invest my earnings into a real estate portfolio. I've been blessed with a beautiful wife and a family (2 kids).  

My goals are simple, buy and hold 1 property in the next few months, 15+ within 10 years.

Boise is growing and so are the surrounding areas. I don't think you would go wrong trying to make money in real estate here, especially if you have the determination to find the right deals. I believe there are several cities in Idaho that are worth looking at.
