I am a licensed Realtor in my area and looking for my first flip. Other than looking on MLS which I don't think is the best place for a flip. Where do investors go to purchase? Courts, door knocking or word of mouth? I feel like if a house has to go to MLS it wasn't a good deal to begin with. Any help would be welcomed.
