I joined Subto a few months ago after I bought the book "Wealth Without Cash" from Pace. 

I would like to express that Pace has built a great RE community filled with  "Go-givers.", There is immense value in the information and the networking opportunities. In addition to the events, meet-ups, and more activities that allow you to grow, team up, and scale quickly. 

Subto delivers much more value than its cost. I highly recommend this program!
