Thanks @Ryan H.!  That is exactly what I was looking for.  I went ahead and put in the info for the days and times that works for me.  Thanks so much for sending that this way.

Hey Brian,

Great question. We plan to buy one more property this year. We are aiming for a multi-family as the focus. The biggest obstacle right now is mostly working a full time job and limited cash to keep putting 20% down. So far the two properties we have, came through the traditional route - which leads to tackling more of a BRRRR method in the future. We would love to start getting a few properties at minimum each year and scale to doing this full time.

What I am looking for in a mastermind is more about idea sharing. I guess, finding folks that are going through BRRRR's that can give some advice and share ideas. I'd like a group that learns to figure out what markets to tackle and how to find them. A group of individuals that keep you focused and challenges you to be successful.

I appreciate the questions Brian.

Hey all,

I've been a part of biggerpockets for years now, but never really embraced real estate until recently.  I've had a rental property for about a year, this was a town home that I bought about 6 years ago and turned into a rental when I moved.  My significant other and I are about to pick up our first four-plex in the Midwest and have a goal of trying to tackle the stack method.

I don't have a huge real estate network and I've spoke to most of the people in my social media network but I haven't found anyone else that is looking to tackle the real estate world like I am. So, here I am coming to the crew that focuses on this regularly. I'm curious if anyone knows of any real estate masterminds that are taking on newer folks. I know that when I'm around like minded people, it definitely helps you think differently. I also think that the old adage, "You are the average of the five people you surround yourself with." is relevant. Anyone know of any good masterminds or where to find a list? Maine's REIA group is shut down due to Covid.
