Has anyone worked with happyinvestor.com? They claim they are “mentors” and depending on goals/personal finances, will give me access to their private investors for my real estate deals.

Just finished watching a fund and grow webinar about how they can help get my business “business lines of credit” for my real estate transactions. Has anyone used this method and what do y’all think?

Hi Basil. I haven’t completely updated my profile yet but I do have rental in Texas. I would be willing to work with out of state accountants but I was thinking it might be better with someone local for efficiency reasons. At the moment I don’t have specific questions. I’m working on building my team so I can start investing in my new area. Thanks for reaching out
