A short term rental in the heart of downtown OKC near the stockyards.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Our home was situated well in the city.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On market.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I did not.

What was the outcome?

It performed just OK

Retirement strategy.

On Market deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional + Construction loan for the reno.

How did you add value to the deal?

Put about 40K into it.

What was the outcome?

added about 60K of equity

I need to outsource more work than doing it DIY
