Hello, I am new to investing and I would like to know the best way to get started with little funds. I really want to start as soon as possible but my problem is, I don't know where to start or the first step to take. Any advice would be very helpful, thanks!

Hello everyone, I am a new investor just starting out and I am very eager to learn everything about real estate investing. I am interested in wholesaling, buy and hold techniques, and also flipping.
