Thanks for the feedback, i ended up using a solar powered system with two cameras propped up to watch multiple entrances. Wireless and no wifi required

Hi BP Community, 

I'm a full time investor based in Charlotte with a MONSTER rehab out of town in downtown Asheville. 

For those that know the area, Asheville can be host to some drifters and unwanted guests that i would like to keep out of my project during renovations. The house is currently down to the studs and it will be sometime before power and utility is back up and running. 

Im looking for recommendations on cameras, wifi systems, and other remote monitoring methods people have used to secure a property when managing a job out of town.

Hi I am looking for referrals to courses or programs to help level up my day to day operations in excel. 

I currently have QB and a bookkeeper so this would be skill up related to all of my residential buy and hold investments, flips, wholesale and general contracting operations. 

The BP calculators are great to a point but im looking for the skills to develop my own excel templates and programs that fit my financing structures in place.
