Most people will go through analysis paralysis to some extent. After getting my first property last year, I learned that it can still be present after the first one, but you can manage the worries easier. If you haven't already, go find local investors, join meetups, and just start building relationships with other successful people that are doing what you want to do. Just being around these kinds of people will give you that mental kick to take the next step and make the leap of faith you need. They'll also be great support for when you have questions and need local help. Every time I leave our monthly meeting, I feel like my head is spinning with ideas and that keeps me moving forward. Without them, I wouldn't have started.

Yeah this is true. I’ve reached out to someone who runs a local meetup in my city and will be meeting with them later this month. Kinda nervous but I know it will help me

Hi everyone. I'm new to real estate investing and hoping to obtain my first rental by the end of this year by using the BRRR method. I've done tons of research. I am pretty familiar with the Tucson market BUT I think I'm overthinking the entire process. I know all the pieces I need to the puzzle but can't seem to get any movement🫠

I think I need accountability partners or someone to push me off the ledge 😅 any advice on getting over this hurdle will be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You are not the first person to suffer from analysis paralysis and you won't be the last. If you have run and rerun your numbers, then at some point you will just need to make the leap of faith. In all honesty, once you close on the deal and get some experience under your belt, you will likely begin to regret aspects of the deal and discover you could have improved certain things. This is normal and happens to everyone. Just make sure you take those lessons and apply them to the next property. That experience you gain will be vital to your continued growth. Don't be afraid of making mistakes, everyone has done it. Just make sure you learn, learn more after that, and then continuing learning nonstop afterwards. "Time in the market is more important than timing the market"

Yes that is very true. I honestly think I’m overthinking it. Thinking about all the “what ifs” and getting a little overwhelmed with all the moving parts that will be involved 🫨 Also orchestrating the whole project. I appreciate your response.

Hey Im a current real estate agent in Tucson Az and I'm currently transitioning into real estate buy and hold investing here in Town. Ive been doing TONS of research on the BRRR method, Wholesaling and flipping. Im just curious what you seasoned investors here in town think of the market and where are the best locations to own rental properties in. Im currently driving for dollars and sending out mailers to properties on the North, Northeast sides of town. Any advice you can offer to a person working to get into the buy and hold game is appreciated in advance! Cheers!

No sir. you don't need to be an agent. BUT you're going to want to have a good agent on our team to assist you with things like comps, finding deals etc.
