Hi everyone,

My name is Grant Stanley, and I am excited to be apart of the bigger pockets community! I am eager to learn the ins and outs of fixing and flipping properties and would love to hear from those with experience in the field.

I am particularly interested in learning about finding good deals, budgeting for renovations, and avoiding common pitfalls. if anyone has any advice, recommended resources, or personal experiences to share, I'd really appreciate it!

looking forward to connecting and learning from you all.

Best,

Grant Stanley

@Joshua Noth yes happy to be here love this little community it is something great! Thank you for the advice I am trying to learn as much as I can and BP is a great place to learn it! Thank you.

@Chad Rocke thank you so much it means a lot that you took time to respond to me and yes I will look into all of that!

Hey BP! I am very new to the site but I am finding tons of great information. I am 18 years old and I graduate in a couple months and I want to get into real estate. I was writing this post to see if anyone had suggestions as too what would be the best route for a beginner like myself to follow. I am open to anything and here to learn!
