@Todd Rasmussen no definitely not set on STR, my compass is pointed towards OOS, it's just that I do have lots of Airbnb experience (rented my apt in NY remotely for a year) and was attracted by the idea of having something within driving distance, so was interested. Thanks for sharing your experience.
