I'll suggest using Tellus App, it has mobile version and can handle every property management stuff. Their services are totally free. 

If they have a sponsor who pay their rent, then you can do screening on their sponsors. 

I think you already have a decent reason to say "female only" and I believe landlords can have their own specific requirements on renters.
