Post: Looking for LVP flooring recommendations

So we are turning over one of our rental properties here in a few weeks and are looking at replacing the flooring with LVP. I am looking for some recommendations on the brand of flooring to go with since all LVP is not created equal and I want it to last.

It is a 540K home located in Happy Valley Oregon so I am not looking for the cheapest option out there but with replacing 2300sqft I am also not looking for the most expensive.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as we have zero experience with LVP flooring. Thanks all!

I moved to Virginia Beach 7 years ago. I bought my current primary residence when we moved there. I own 3 other rental properties in other states and they have all appreciated more than my house primary residence. 2 of those rentals I purchased in the last 5 years and they are still outpacing VB in appreciation by a good margin.
