I'm actually heading for vacation with my family on Sept 28... Leaving Tampa at 8 PM on Sept 28... 

I'm currently about a week or 2 away from closing on a property that I bid on with a pre-auction bid. It's taking kinda long for a all cash deal ... over a month so far since the contract was signed by the seller (Wells Fargo). I have been wanting that specific house for a while.. it was foreclosed on by Wells Fargo in 2013 and they then sold it to HUD and hud sent it back to Wells Fargo and they listed it on auction.com... I own the property across from the one that I'm buying.

Just signed up here after finding this site when doing research on real estate deals. I'm a part time investor who currently operates in Central Florida, mostly Polk County. I currently have 4 homes of which 1 I'm currently selling (had it as a rental for 5 years) and 1 I'm remodelling as a future rental and 1 is a current rental. Depending on the home, I either flip or hold.. Lately, there haven't been too many great deals as there are usually countless offers on homes at a good price. I usually buy homes that require a total rehab as that's where I can make most $$. Currently I'm in process of buying a home off Auction.com where I placed a pre-auction bid on a home and my offer was accepted..
