Thank you! I have watched a lot of your content. Great stuff! I appreciate it!

Thanks Rachel! That does help. I really appreciate your response!

I am curious if there is anyone on here actively buying and selling mobile homes in Minnesota. I am trying to get a grasp on all of the legal requirements.

I am finally getting myself in a position to make my first real estate investment (other than my own residence) and have been studying different asset classes that are out there. Up until last month, I was primarily focusing on small multi family. I live in the twin cities of MN, and a lot of the small multi family deals that I have looked at, the numbers don’t seem to be all that appealing.

I recently have become extremely interested in mobile home parks as an asset class. I have literally been spending all of my free time, searching the internet for as much education as possible.

Is there anyone on here that is involved in the MHP world? I would love to connect!

@Shawn Kostoff That is one tactic I have been using. I definitely have alot of streets I still haven't explored in market. Thanks!

I'm a new investor in the twin cities area. I have currently been looking at deals on the market via the mls. I am finding that these properties tend to be listed quite a bit over priced. I am going to start using some alternative marketing strategies in order to find off market deals. Just curious as to what is working for other investors out there. Thanks!
