Welcome to the BP community. My family and I recently relocated to the Upstate from Nashville, TN. I handle acquisitions for an investment firm here called Gendlin Homes. We actually have a few homes we picked up in the Spartanburg area over past couple of months that we are looking to sell. They would be great buy and holds with good ROI. @John Underwood When did AirBnB’s become illegal in Greenville county? It seems there are plenty of them up and running within city limits. Are there different regulations within the city?
