Thanks for responding.

I haven't done all of those things.

I think it might be fear of messing up and I know that it's okay to mess up because that's how you learn, but every time I make contact with people I get cold feet.

I know I have no experience and no money to invest and am looking for a mentor in my area.

I think I am nervous that a mentor wouldn't want to work with me because I am gone every other week for work and unable to meet.

I am hoping people have some tricks to get over this fear and procrastination.

Hi everyone!

I am having trouble with getting out of analysis paralysis.

I know I want to get out of it and I know what it is ,but I am having a hard time doing what needs to be done.

I find myself just watching videos and podcasts of everything I've already learned.

I feel like I'm going nowhere and I am unsure how to proceed to make things happen.

Have you been through this?

If you have, can you tell me what you did to get out of it?

Thank you!

Hi all,

My name is Grace McDonough.

I am doing wholesaling, fix and flip to build capital and gain experience.

I am having trouble finding the home owners of properties that look like very good potential deals.

I have tried to find them by going on the county tax assessor web page, but I need more information than just the properties address.

Does anyone know how I can find the PIN to the property, home owners name and current address?

I appreciate any and all help!

Thanks!
