Can you please let me know if one can register for Airbnb in Los Angeles, a unit that is currently exempted as owner-occupied? The other 2 units are under RSO and therefore not eligible to register for Airbnb.

Looking for a general contractor to help with various jobs that are required by inspector. 

Here is a brief description of what needs to be done: stucco, plumbing vent for water heater brought to code, foundation needs to be strapped- need correct post caps, HVAC.
