Multiplex investment opportunity With total 8 bedrooms/4 baths (2/1 bedroom) all 4 units currently occupied with total monthly income about $2295-2300) Rental Income $2295-2300 Expenses:$1,321; 2 units recently renovated with new flooring and paint/bathroom updates, New AC units, with coin-operated washer/dryer. Tenants pay all utilities.Close to shopping area, off beaten/cul-de-sac neighborhood. No major updates needed in the near future.
