Dear California Real Estate Q&A Forum,
My name is RS Bolaji (Grace) and I am new to real estate investing. I am been looking around Central valley ( Modesto and Riverbank specifically ) for high cash flowing properties or profitable SFR flips and I have not find anything less than 200K. I was advised to start my first deal at less than 120K for the first time while am still learning and gaining experience.
1. Is this a good guide for central valley?
2. I am trying to find out where I should look for deals and where I can find the best flips and cash flowing houses ( I have been driving around, looking on Zillow, Realtor).
3. Recommendation for Real estate agents in this area with experience in investment properties?
4. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
